The ring was beautiful and engraved with handwriting from a loved one, which caused lots of happy tears. The ring was slightly too small, we sent this back, which again I communicated with customer service with via email and received helpful and prompt responses. The ring was re-sized and sent back within days. Faultless service and beautiful ring. Would highly recommend.
