About the Role

We're looking for a warm, exceptionally organised and customer-obsessed individual to join the Wild Fawn team as our Customer Care & Fulfilment Co-ordinator.

At Wild Fawn, our customers are everything to us. Many of them are shopping for some of the most meaningful moments of their lives and we take that responsibility seriously. Our customer care isn't just a function of our business, it's one of the things we're most proud of.  This role is therefore one of the most important in our studio. You'll be the first voice our customers hear and we need that experience to be exceptional, every single time.

  • Representing the Wild Fawn brand with genuine care in every interaction
  • Resolving order queries, delivery questions and aftercare requests with confidence and empathy
  • Taking ownership of the customer journey from first contact through to a happy resolution
  • Escalating complex issues to the wider team where needed

Order Fulfilment

  • Fluent, excellent written and spoken English — this is non-negotiable for a role where clear, warm and accurate communication is everything
  • Meticulous spelling and grammar. Every customer-facing message is a reflection of the Wild Fawn brand
  • Comfortable using Excel including simple functions (SUM, filters, basic formatting etc.)
  • Highly organised with a proactive, can-do approach and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • A calm, professional and genuinely warm manner (especially under pressure)
  • A true team player who thrives in a close-knit, collaborative studio environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or e-commerce fulfilment role
