Bespoke Process
Step 1
Consultation
The first step to getting your bespoke piece of jewellery made is to book a consultation with us. You can come into our studio where you’ll see where your jewellery will be made or we can have an online call if getting here isn’t easy.
At the consultation we’ll discuss any ideas you might have and we can offer some suggestions we think would work for your budget. Bring any any stones or precious metal you already have if you'd like to incorporate it.
Within a week, we’ll agree the initial designs and rough costs.
Step 2
Design
At this point, we request a £400 non-refundable design deposit that will is redeemed from the total cost. This covers all of the design element of the bespoke process.
Within 10 days, we'll provide you detailed 3D renders of the designs you love so you can see exactly how your jewellery looks from different angles and have a clear idea of how it will look once we’ve made it.
Step 3
Production
Once you've chosen your favourite design, we send you a payment link for your ring that then puts it into production. This usually takes 4-6 weeks. We'll keep you updated every step of the way and once made, we will send it to you in our beautiful plastic-free packaging.

Here at Wild Fawn we understand that choosing to design a bespoke piece of jewellery is a significant decision for you, and we take care to honour that in our design process and craftmanship.
Our jewellery is handmade using ethically sourced, traceable or recycled solid gold or platinum, responsibly sourced, lab-grown or 'Above Ground' gemstones, and using traditional silversmithing techniques.
Your bespoke jewellery will be hallmarked, and guaranteed by the Wild Fawn warranty. We even offer complimentary engagement and wedding ring re-sizing.
